Welcome to Life Centers of Kansas
Life Centers of Kansas provides both Residential and Day Program Services to support individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) through Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) for Kansas Medicaid beneficiaries. We are dedicated to providing individualized care that enriches the lives of all those whom we serve. Since our founding in early 2008, we’ve developed the expertise, have accumulated the experience and continually maintain specialized skills to care for individuals who may have more challenging support needs.
Our multi-disciplinary team focuses on care that is catered to the special needs, interests and abilities of each person we serve. Our progressive approach to our Residential Program offers a stark contrast to what may be the traditional perception of group home living. Our Day Service Program focuses on connecting with our community through numerous daily outing options that encourage independence, personal growth and life skill development.
We strive to work closely with each individual’s family and support network to act towards achieving the most enriching lifestyle for each individual we serve. Please feel free to navigate through the options above to learn more about our organization and the services we offer.
